Phonics and Early Reading

At Crayke, we use the systematic synthetic phonics programme, 'Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised,' which is validated by the DfE. We are also passionate about fostering a love of reading for pleasure throughout the school. We start when children first join us and help them to become life long readers.
