This is a helpful video that is extraordinarily important for the learning of mathematics. Too often we say things like, "I'm just not a math person" or "I'm no good at math" and other terrible lies.
Anyone can improve in mathematics. Everyone can learn and get better. And the brain science backs this up showing people who believe they can learn a task generally do better than people who do not.
