Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We have made a video explaining the expectations. Click here for the video.
ALL Crandall ISD employees (teachers, para-professionals, administrative assistants, principals, bus drivers, maintenance, directors, etc..) MUST complete the required trainings for all staff.
A small group of CISD employees will be required to report to the campuses and will not be expected to complete the remaining hours. Those employees will work with their supervisors regarding responsibilities.
Not all employees will be in a designated group. Individual employees will receive a direct email from the coordinator/supervisor of the designated group informing them of the required training. The trainings may be accessed from the "Required Training for Designated Employees" section of the webpage.
We are not requiring employees to upload certificates into Eduphoria for "Being in the Gnome." All of the documentation for this project will be kept through the Google Form. Log your completed hours HERE.
However, we encourage employees that wish to maintain a comprehensive and permanent record of their learning to upload any/all of their certificates into Eduphoria. The district will not maintain nor be able to provide future evidence of course completion unless the certificates are in Eduphoria.
ANYONE COMPLETING THE CISD COMPLIANCE TRAININGS MUST LOG THOSE CERTIFICATES INTO EDUHPORIA.
When in doubt, upload!

Yes, in season coaches that are working may use up to 3 hours towards the 6 for coaching. The other 3 hours should come from Teacher Prep/Planning.
Some meetings, such as ARD meetings or PLC meetings have previously been scheduled. Therefore, employees should plan to maintain their attendance at the meetings and log those hours in the form using the Principal Choice Radio Button and then logging the specific meeting information and hours in the other boxes. Please contact your supervisor with further questions.
