Weekend Rates (Friday thru Sunday) for a reservation of 8 guests + host (*stays free) is $105 per guest per weekend; for a reservation of 10 guests + host (*stays free) is $95 per guest per weekend; fewer than 8 or up to 12 can be accommodated. Arrival time - you may arrive anytime during the day. Departure time - before 5:00 p.m. If you are considering a longer stay or have further questions, please contact Carrie or Steve. For a host to reserve a date, please do the following:
Check the online calendar for open dates and review the rental agreement terms & conditions.
Contact Carrie or Steve with the venue, retreat date, number of guests you are expecting (including yourself), your address and cell number. You may reach us via email at steve@craftinbythecreek.com or phone 608.212.9395 to reserve a date.
You will receive an email confirmation of the request with an attached Rental Agreement. To hold the reservation, send a $100 deposit within 10 days of receiving the agreement.
When the deposit has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to you with further instructions.
The full balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat date.
Reservations cancelled more than 90 days in advance of the retreat date are entitled to a full refund. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel the retreat with less than 90 days notice, please notify us immediately. If we can rent your reserved dates, we will gladly apply the deposit and other payments to an available retreat date within the next 8 months.
*To stay free for up to two (2) nights, the Host must complete the responsibilities set forth in the Rental Agreement 30 days prior to the retreat date.
