ARKANSAS LEARNS ACT EFA VOUCHERS
By AUGUST 11TH, approved families should have received an email with directions on how to set up their child's Class Wallet. Class Wallet is the online portal through which parents manage their voucher funds and submit payment to CRA each quarter. CRA must be named as your preferred vendor in your class wallet account by August 11, 2025 in order to receive funds. The funds will be distributed to Class Wallet accounts on August 21. Each quarter, families must log in to their Class Wallet account to submit payment to CRA. If the quarterly deadlines are not met, families will be responsible to pay tuition out-of-pocket.
Parents MUST pay close attention to emails in order to not miss these critical deadlines!!!
Crowley’s Ridge Academy is an approved vendor for the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) to access funds through the LEARNS Act/Education Freedom Account (EFA) program.
The LEARNS Act/EFA allows families with qualifying students to utilize public voucher funds for private school educational expenses. Each eligible student can receive funding of up to approximately $6,864 for the 2025-2026 school year to be applied toward private school tuition.
HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOUR STUDENT IS ELIGIBLE?
For the 2025-2026 school year, all students from Kindergarten through 12th grade are eligible as long as at least one parent is an Arkansas resident. Kindergarteners must turn five years old by August 1.
