Student Email Accounts

(New student emails may not be activated until the first day of school.)

Each CRA student is given a school email address. This @crafalcons.org email is through Gmail and is used to access the student's Google Classroom.

The first time students log in, they will be prompted to change their password. They will choose a strong password and SHARE IT with the teacher and each parent. To log in for the first time...

Go to the Gmail (Google email) login at mail.google.com. At the top right of the page, look for "Sign In" and click that.

Enter your child's entire email address (firstname.lastname@crafalcons.org) 

Type your child's password (firstlast). For the first login to the account, each student account uses the student's name as the password. This is all lowercase, no spaces. It will only work once, and when the first login is successful, they will be prompted to enter a new password of their choosing.

These accounts are constantly monitored and archived. Any email they send/receive, any document they create (even if they delete it immediately) is being stored and can be accessed at any time. It doesn't matter if they work on it at home, at school, or elsewhere. We can and will monitor content.

These email addresses will ONLY send/receive messages to/from other addresses that end with @crafalcons.org. They will not receive messages from other email addresses, nor can they send to those addresses.

GOOGLE CLASSROOM

• To access your student's Google Classroom from a desktop, please log in to the student's email account. Click on the 9 dots in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to access Google Classroom.

• To access your student's Google Classroom from a mobile device, download the Google Classroom app. Log in using your student's email credentials.
