We have students at CRA that have severe peanut/nut allergies. Strict avoidance of peanut/nut products is the only way to prevent a life threatening allergic reaction. We are asking your assistance in providing those students with a safe learning environment here at CRA. WE ARE A PEANUT/NUT FREE SCHOOL, so please do not send any products for your child that might contain them. We appreciate your support so much, and if you have any questions please contact me. I love our children so much and can not wait to see them and protect them while they are here!

Students entering 7th grade are required to have their DTAP booster, Varicella (2nd dose), and MCV4 (Meningitis) vaccines. Proof of immunization (or waivers) may be faxed to (870) 236-6988 or turned in to our nurse's desk.

Immunizations- all students must have required immunizations in order to attend school. Students have a 30-day grace period to comply. Immunizations are available at your local Health Department for a nominal fee.

Hearing and vision screenings given to all students. This is done in early fall during students' class time.

Scoliosis screening for 5th and 6th grade girls and 6th grade boys. This screening is done in the early spring.

Medication policy for CRA: For daily "aches and pains", parental permission must be obtained for school health update form for a student to receive Tylenol (Acetaminophen), Advil Ibuprofen), Midol, or cold medicine.
