NAMI Iowa, a non-crisis free and confidential mental health resource line for children and adults. We are also here to talk with people that are struggling during this time to help them understand and talk through the ways that mental health resources are being provided. We can also talk through coping strategies to help them if they are struggling having to be isolated in their homes alone or with their entire families. With this situation that we are in some people are more financially strained. All of this can cause anxiety, depression and anger to worsen.
