Articulation Agreements

What is an articulation agreement?

Chicopee Public Schools Career & Technical Education articulation agreements allow students in the Career and Technical Education programs to receive college credit upon successful completion of the appropriate CTE high school courses with Massachusetts community colleges. Chicopee Public Schools (CTE) has local partnerships with Holyoke Community College and Springfield Technical Community College. Along with local partnerships, students are eligible for statewide articulation agreements at any Massachusetts community college.

Who Qualifies?

  1. Career & Technical Education Students in a program that is articulated

  2. Students must receive a B (80%) or better as a final grade in the required Career and Technical Education course each year

  3. Graduate with an overall grade point average of 2.5

How do I apply the credits?

After you are admitted to a community college and taken your placement exam, you will meet with a representative from the college to register for your classes. At this time, ask to have articulated credit applied to your college transcript. Use this website as a reference of the courses and credits you have earned.
