Yearbook Ordering Deadline - May 29th*
*There are no guarantees we will have extra yearbooks, so the sooner you place your order the better. We sold out of yearbooks in 2025. Do not wait to place your order. Ultimately early March is when sales heat up...if you wait until April or May we may be sold out.
NO.The yearbook is designed and published through Jostens, it is separate and NOT included in your senior dues. Please order your book early to ensure your copy is reserved.
Yearbooks are distributed to seniors in late May/Early June.
Dates will be available from the publisher as we get closer.
YES. The Memini Staff will create a Supplement in Spring that includes Spring Events, Spirit Week, and Sports teams. Although we try our hardest, events may not be included if the date is not within our publication deadline. The Supplement is given to students when they take ownership of their yearbook at the end of the school year. *Supplement may not be guaranteed.

Senior Portraits are due on November 14th, 2025-this deadline is firm and cannot be changed.
To ensure consistency and quality across all senior portraits, please follow these guidelines:
High-resolution image required (at least 300 dpi; file size in inches is not important—clarity is).
Photos must be in JPG format
Vertical (portrait) orientation only
Horizontal images may be cropped or excluded.
Head and shoulders must be visible (hands are okay). Portraits that include head and shoulders only are often best. Full Length (photos taken from head to toe) often make the person look smaller on the page.
Background must be clean and consistent
Outdoor settings are fine as long as they're not busy or distracting
Clothing must be school appropriate
No watermarks, pets, guests, or sunglasses
No props, filters, or heavy editing effects
The yearbook staff has the right to refuse a portrait if it does not meet these requirements. Please reference the school dress code or email Mrs Gallo at cchyb@cpsge.org for clarification.
Photographer Notes: We do not require a specific crop size, but the image should be portrait-oriented and clear enough to print at full page resolution. Full-body or ¾-length shots may be cropped to fit the layout. Please avoid horizontal compositions or images with dramatic lighting that obscures facial features.
