Gillian Bartoo has been the Cambridge Public Schools' District Technical Services Librarian since 1994. She is in charge of online catalog and circulation implementation and maintenance. She catalogs for all the school libraries Grades PK-12 and assists district librarians with statistical reporting; collection development, organization and maintenance; weeding, and inventories. She also plays book doctor to the district's walking wounded. She has worked on cataloging and weeding projects in Brookline, Somerville, and Harvard, MA. Previously she worked in various Circulation and Reference positions in the Harvard College Libraries.
