In the lower grades, there is an emphasis on on the communicative skills-- speaking and listening. Students develop these skills in class trough readings, songs, plays and more. Spanish class is conducted in the target language.
En los niveles principiantes, hay un énfasis en las habilidades comunicativas--hablar, y escuchar. Los estudiantes desarrollan esas habilidades en la clase tras las lecturas infantiles, canciones, obras y más. Se les enseña a los estudiantes solo en el español.
