Library Passes

• Students who come to the library during class...

  • must have an official CRLS Hall Pass for the library from their classroom teacher or Learning Community. 

  • must sign in with library staff by showing their pass and providing their student ID number as soon as they arrive at the library. 

  • are limited to a 10 minute visit unless previously arranged between the classroom and library teachers.

• Students who come to the library during lunch, before school, or after school do not need a pass. 

Eating in the Library

• Food is not allowed in the library, but drinks are permitted.

Printing, Copying, and Scanning in the Library

• School Work: Students may print, scan, or copy any school work using the "Library Black" or "Library Color" printers. Use computers #1-3 to print in color.

• Personal Use: Students must check with the library staff before printing, scanning, or making copies for personal use. 

• School Clubs: Students are not allowed to print any flyers for clubs. Please follow these instructions to request flyer printing.

• Teachers are kindly asked to use the Print Center or Teacher Resource Center (TRC) for all printing, copying, and scanning.
