As coaches we look to cultivate hard working, responsible, and dedicated student athletes. We encourage our players to grow both introspectively and collectively within the program. Thematically we aim to guide our student athletes to be reliable and skillful participants in the arena and within the community.

Family

It's more than a game. it takes a village. We hustle together, prepare together, succeed together, face adversity together, and we WORK together. As coaches we strive to be mentors for a life time, and we LOVE when Alumni returns to rejoin the pack!!! Some are even on staff!

Leadership

Our returners offer free throw around practices through the fall and winter introducing the sport to those who are interested in trying something new while getting more comfortable fundamentally and socially prior to tryouts.

Integrity

We hold one another to high standards, and we represent ourselves and the program with high regard both on and off the field. "....The truest test of character is who you are when no one is watching." John Wooden

Intensity

We focus on intensity and maximum effort during practices and games. We always hold our heads high win or lose knowing we gave it our best effort and left it on the field. Each player embraces the current role they have within the program understanding the ability for growth and leadership opportunities.

Passion

Throughout the year we offer free clinics to Cambridge youth as a way to "pass the torch" and ignite the fire and passion onto the future Falcons!

Attitude

We focus on what we can control and practice compassion towards ourselves and teammates. Risk taking and evaluating areas in which we can improve are fundamental in the development of the program. We are unapologetic for errors on the field. Off the field we hold one another accountable and create an environment that promotes "cleaning up our messes" and collectively moving forward.
