This form is for parents or guardians to complete for their children. There are three different terms(weeks) in this year's schedule. Some clubs are being offered multiple times.  Club lengths are 1.5 , 2 or 3-hours in length. 

So in each term a student could sign up for 

• one 1.5-hour club

• two 1.5-hour clubs, 

• a 1.5-hour club followed by a 2-hour club.

• or one 3-hour club only.

 NOTE: Please complete a separate form for each student. Registration will close on March 30, 2026

Club sessions with low enrollment will not run. So program fees will not be collected  until sessions are  confirmed. In  April families will be notified about confirmed and cancelled sessions and fees will be billed through PowerSchool.
