FILM & VIDEO 

Whether it's in theaters or on streaming sites, super short web videos or hour long infomercials, fantasies of a magical realm full of superheros, or the facts of current events on the news, video is everywhere! It's one of the most ubiquitous art forms. In Film & Video you can learn how to use filmmaking to tell your own stories.

In this class, students work collaboratively to create short narrative films. Learning about topics such as storytelling for movies, cinematography, production design, and editing, students will develop their skills as filmmakers and thoughtful film viewers.  Students will use DSLR cameras, microphones, lights, and Adobe Premiere editing software to create their work.

Finished films will be showcased in the annual Film Festival at the end of the year.
