Monday - Saturday = 8am: Meet @ Wilson Ave Track on the lakefront 

What:

9 weeks of coached training, group training, complete 10-week Summer training plan, running instruction, strength training, dri-fit running shirt shirt, stretch rope, expert guest speakers.

This 9-week camp is designed specifically to build a strong athletic foundation for the Fall athletic season.  We will focus on Endurance, Strength, Speed, Agility, and Mobility.  Camp is open to all student-athletes from any school entering grades 7-12.
