1st Grade: Students will review basic skills. Units include: Greetings, Polite words, and Introductions; Numbers 0-20; Colors; Classroom Objects; Food; Clothing; The Face; Family; Animals; Community; and The Alphabet.
2nd grade: Students will review the following topics: Numbers 0-20; Colors; Basic Expression; Tu and Usted; Numbers 0-39; Days of the Week; Classroom Objects; Clothing; Food; Community; The Body; The Family; Animals; The House; Adjectives; Commands; Verbs; and The Alphabet.
3rd Grade: Students will review the following topics: Numbers 0-39; Basic Expressions; Tu and Usted; Days of the Week; Colors; Classroom Objects; Numbers 0-59; Alphabet; Months; Clothing; Food; Community; Gender of Nouns; The Body; Face and Emotions; Animals; The House; Singular and Plural Nouns; Family; Definite & Indefinite Articles; Adjectives; Commands, Basic (present tense) -ar, -er and -ir verbs; and Proper Nouns.
4th grade: Students will review the following topics: Numbers 0-15; Greetings & Dialogues; Classroom Objects; Plurals of Nouns; Numbers 0-31; Days of the Week; Months & Seasons; Gender of Nouns; Definite & Indefinite Nouns; Using Numbers in various contexts; Commands & Expressions; Colors; Possessive Adjectives; The Body; The Family; The House; Diminutives; Mealtime; Numbers 0-100; Capital Letters; Holidays and Other Special Days; The Weather; Direction Words; and The Alphabet.
5th Grade: Students will review the following topics: School (Greetings, Introductions, Classroom Directions, Numbers, Telling Time, and Parts of the Body); Classroom (Classroom Objects, Questions & Phrases, Spanish Alphabet, Calendar words, the Aztec Calendar); Weather (Weather conditions, Seasons, Northern & Southern Hemispheres); Activities; Infinitives; Negatives; Expressing agreement or disagreement; Personality traits; Adjectives; Definite & Indefinite Articles; Word Order (placement of adjectives); School; Subject pronouns; Present tense of -ar verbs; The verb estar; The plural of nouns and articles; Food; Present tense of -er and -ir verbs; Me gustan and Me encantan
