Saharanyibel
Voice of the TeamÂ
I’m Saharanyibel, a junior and a member of several clubs, including the media club. I love taking photos and capturing the different experiences that each person has at our school. Even though our school is small, there’s always so much going on and plenty of opportunities to try new things every day. Being part of the media club allows me to explore my creativity, share unique moments, and highlight stories that might otherwise go unnoticed. I enjoy seeing how everyone’s perspective brings something new to the table, and I love being able to document our school life in a way that shows all the little details that make it special.
Amy
Social Media Guru
I’m Amy, a junior at RCA and a member of the media club. I love learning how to take photos and exploring new ways to capture moments. Outside of school, I enjoy reading and playing soccer, which help me relax and find inspiration for my projects in the club. Being part of the media club gives me the chance to be creative, try new ideas, and share stories in a way that highlights the experiences of our school community.
Madeline
Chief EditorÂ
I’m Madeline, a senior and a member of the media club. I love being part of the club because every meeting is fun and there’s always something new to do, whether it’s taking photos, recording videos, or sharing moments with my teammates. For me, the club isn’t just a place to create content—it’s also a space to spend time with people who enjoy the same things I do. In my free time, I enjoy reading and doing crafts, activities that help me relax and inspire new creative projects.
Edison
Production Ninja
I’m Edison, a member of the media club. What I like most is that every meeting is different, and there’s always something new to learn, explore, or try out. I love photography, capturing unexpected moments, and telling stories through my photos, whether it’s a funny scene with friends or a meaningful event at school. For me, the club is more than just creating content: it’s a place to share ideas, collaborate with others, have fun, and learn from the unique perspectives of everyone in the group. Being part of the media club makes every week exciting and full of inspiration.
Keinner
Star Assistant
I’m Keinner, a senior and a member of the media club. I enjoy using the camera and learning new tools for editing projects, exploring different ways to tell stories and capture the creativity of our club. Something unique about me is that I love playing soccer and spending time chatting with my friends, combining my passion for media with fun moments outside of school. Being part of the club allows me to constantly learn, take on new and interesting projects, and capture memories that reflect school life in a unique way. I especially enjoy seeing how every project comes together, from the first idea to the final edit, and how each story we tell shows a different side of our school community. The club gives me the chance to express myself creatively while connecting with others who share the same curiosity and love for media.
AsilethÂ
Visual WizardÂ
I’m Asileth, a junior at RCA and a member of the media club. I love learning new editing techniques and improving my photography skills, always exploring different ways to tell stories. Every club meeting is interesting because we get to try out new and creative ideas together, share our thoughts, and learn from each other’s perspectives. Being part of the media club allows me to combine my love for creativity with teamwork, making every session both fun and inspiring. Outside of school, I enjoy listening to music, reading, and doing puzzles—activities that help me relax, spark new ideas, and inspire the projects I work on in the club.
Mr. Chu
Team Director
Mr. Chu is the club sponsor and is the Entrepreneurship 1 and 2 teacher at Richards. During his time at RCA, he has started a podcast, created RCA's first yearbook in 9 years, and received several grants over the years to secure the equipment for the club. He is a firm believer in empowering young people by putting equipment in their hands so they can explore their creativity, find their voice, and make an impact in their communities. In his spare time, he enjoys learning new things and is currently exploring the impacts of AI in the classroom and workplace.Â
