In order to keep our students as safe as possible, all Chase School volunteers must be approved by CPS. CPS offers two different levels of volunteer involvement and commitment, Level I and Level II. All prospective volunteers must register with Family and Community Engagement (FACE) by completing the required CPS volunteer application forms and satisfying the requirements of the applicant review process.
Please Note: All chaperones for field trips MUST be a Level I Volunteer

After completing an application form you will need to provide a picture ID to school to complete the volunteering process. Wait for the approval email from CPS. They will let you know when you approved and in their system.
We kindly request you notify Ms. Olsson and Ms. Malasanos to inform them you are CPS approved for volunteering.
