Adventure Education stems from a philosophy that people are more capable than they perceive themselves to be and if given the opportunity to try new activities in a supportive atmosphere, they will achieve goals otherwise thought unattainable. We believe that the quality of students’ physical fitness and health is an important factor in their readiness to learn. Our program focuses on overall health and nutrition - improving cardiovascular endurance, body composition, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. Students are exposed to a wide range of lifetime activities (individual, team sports), adventure education (initiatives, problem-solving), fitness, and health-related topics, which will empower them to be better and more well-rounded individuals.
