How to Register for YCSI Programming
This page provides information on how to register for a YCSI program. Each program enrolls on a first come, first serve basis.
Step 1 - Complete the 2023-2024 CPS 21st Century Application by scanning the QR code above or following this link:

SPANISH 2023-2024 21st Century Form
(This form needs to be submitted ONCE per school year)
Step 2 - Complete the 2024 Winter/Spring Program Selection Form:
Mosaic Y-CSI Winter/Spring Program Selection Form (2023-2024)
Step 3 - Receive Acceptance or Waitlist Letter from YCSI Team
You will receive a letter and/or email with notice on whether you have been accepted or waitlisted for your requested program.
