Mrs. Lammie
Kindergarten Room 103
Welcome to Kindergarten!
My name is Mrs. Sarah Lammie. This is my 18th year teching and my 16th year in Kindergarten! This year your child will learn to read, write, add, and subtract. They will become hard workers, and deep thinkers as they work through our Reading, Math and STEAM curriculums. Your kindergartener will also find their place in our classroom community with a variety of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) activities. I look forward to working with you as we begin our Kindergarten adventure.
The best way to contact me is through email or Remind.

All About Mrs. Lammie
I was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago. I love the White Sox and spending time with my family. Now that we are all grown up, we don't see each other every day! I have a mom, a dad, and two brothers. I have lots of cousins, too!
I love Disney movies, Star Wars, and Marvel super heroes. My dad showed me Star Wars: A New Hope when I was in Kindergarten and it was love at first sight! I enjoy baking. Cakes and cookies are my favorite! I also love dogs. When I am not at school, I'm spending time with my husband and our dog, Lando!
I wanted to be a teacher since I was a little girl. My favorite part about school is sharing awesome books and teaching science! When I'm not at school you can find me teaching at the Field Museum!
I have been dancing since I was 7 years old, and still take dance classes as a grown up! I studied ballet, tap, jazz, Mexican Folkloric and Hawaiian hula! I still teach ballet and tap classes.
