Departing staff must transfer file permissions before leaving or their content may no longer appear Gmail
In the top right, click Settings See all settings.
In the "Signature" section, add your signature text in the box. If you want, you can format your message by adding an image or changing the text style.

Select the Send template box and choose a template.

Open Gmail.

In the Templates section, select Enable.
At the bottom, click Save Changes.
