The application for The All-City Performing Arts Program is now open for Spring! Students in grades 3–12 at any CPS school—neighborhood, Charter, Contract, or Options - are eligible to apply. Parents and guardians can apply on behalf of their students.

All ACPA ensembles will continue to be offered remotely in the 2020-2021 school year. The ensembles open in the 2020-21 school year are:

• Symphonic Band I and II, Grades 4–12

• Percussion Ensemble, Grades 6–12

• Jazz Band, Grades 6–12

• Music & Media Production, Grades 6–12

• Orchestra, Grades 6–12

• Choir, Grades 3–12

• Elementary Modern Rock Band, Grades 5–8

• High School Modern Rock Band, Grades 9–12

• Mariachi, Grades 5–12

• Dance, Grades 6–12

• Theatre, Grades 6–12

Students will be notified of their acceptance status on a rolling basis. NOTE: Returning students from the Fall session DO NOT need to re-apply.

IMPORTANT: Please complete all sections of the application carefully, and please make sure to read and understand the experience guidelines for each ensemble.

Some important notes about the program this year:

• Instruments and other materials will be distributed to students after enrollment is closed.

• Ensemble Directors will reach out to applicants with next steps upon completion of the application form.
