Scholarships
The following scholarships are for students who have graduated high school. Please make sure to read all the qualifications before applying.
Beldon Scholarship - Must be seeking a degree in business, management, communications, marketing or related field. Must have a minimum 3.5 GPA.
ComED Future of Energy Scholarship - Must be enrolled in an eligible degree program. Must have a minimum 2.8 GPA.
ILLCF Scholarship - Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student during the fall term at an accredited 2-year of 4-year college. Must be of Latino ancestry. Must have a letter of recommendation.
Prime Medical Alert Scholarship - Must be enrolled in or pursuing a nursing certificate or degree.
Jack Kent Cooke Transfer Scholarship - Must be a current student at a community college with sophomore status. Must plan to enroll in a four-year institution in Fall 2023. Must have financial need and must not have previous enrollment or attendance at a four-year college.
Live Mas Scholarship -Must submit a 2-minute video on a given prompt. Must be under 26 years old. Must be attending or accepted to an accredited two- or four-year institution.
HACEMOS Scholarship - Must be of Hispanic heritage. Must be enrolled or plan to enroll in a minimum of 12 credit hours for the Fall 2023 semester.
Beauty School Scholarship - Must be currently enrolled or plan to enroll within the next year to an eligible program.
HACU Scholarship Program - Must currently attend an HACU-member college. Must be able to demonstrate financial need.
Chi-Rise Scholarship - 2022 and 2021 Recipients of the Chi-Rise Scholarship Program will receive an invitation to renew their scholarship in January 2023 and do not need to complete a new application. You must renew the scholarship in January to be awarded the scholarship for the following school year. Please pay attention to your email, you will receive a notification from Chi-Rise@scholarshipamerica.org in January 2023.
ILACHE Scholarship - Must have a 3.0 GPA. Must be of Latinx descent. Undocumented students, including DACA recipients, U.S. citizens (U.S. born or naturalized) and permanent legal residents are welcome to apply.
Graybar Construction Scholarship -Must have a 2.5 GPA. Must intend to complete an associate degree, pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeship, or certificate program leading to work in the construction trades (such as carpentry, construction management, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, sheet metal, welding, telcom, etc.)
Miller-Perez Fund Scholarship - Must be of Latino/immigrant descent. Must be admitted or enrolled in an undergraduate degree-seeking program or certificate program
CBC Spouses Education Scholarship - Must be a Black/African-American student. Must have a 2.5 GPA.
ScholarSHPE - Must have a 2.75 GPA. Must be pursuing STEM at a community college or 4-year university.
NURSE Corps Scholarship - Must be accepted to and enroll in a nursing degree program and commit to working two years in a high-need, underserved community.
One Million Degrees Scholarship - Must be enrolled at one of the City Colleges, Harper College, Prairie State College or South Suburban College. Must be Pell, MAP, or STAR eligible.
IL Dream Fund Scholarship - Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Must be undocumented or have DACA.
