The Coalition of Advocates for Undocumented Students' Education has created a resource guide in response to a gap in the awareness and availability of resources for immigrant/undocumented high school students in Chicago Public Schools. This resource guide was created as a holictic approach to aid CPS immigrant high school students with resources across multiple domains including: post-secondary, mental health, government officials, legal services, and tax services and other revelant information. The $1,000 MoolahSPOT Scholarship

The $1,000 MoolahSPOT Scholarship

Award: $1,000

Eligibility: Any student at least 16 years or older who plans to attend, or is currently attending, college or graduate school. Students may be of any nationality and reside in any country. Students may study any major or plan to enter any career field at any accredited college or graduate school. Although applicants can be from any country, all applications must be completed in English.

Point Foundation

Point Foundation

Award: Full tuition

Eligibility: Must be enrolled or intending to enroll at an accredited college or university based in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, in the fall of 2021. Students enrolled or intending to enroll in a college or university in a United States territory are NOT eligible. Must be “out” as a person who identifies as a member of the LGBTQ community. Must be enrolled full-time for the full academic year. Must be enrolled in a degree-granting undergraduate or graduate/ doctoral program. Post-doctoral research programs are not eligible. Students studying at community colleges, online programs, or trade schools, are NOT eligible. [But, if you are a community college student, check out our Community College Scholarship] Community college students must be transferring to a four-year college or university. Must be at least a senior in high school.

The Renaissance Scholars Program

The Renaissance Scholars Program

Award: $6,500 - Full Ride

Eligibility: "Be a student in Oregon or Illinois OR be planning to attend a 4-year college in Oregon or Illinois. Plan to earn a bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. 4-year college and have one of the following academic statuses: High school senior graduating spring 2022

Current freshman or sophomore student at a 4-year college

Community college student planning to transfer to a 4-year college in the fall of 2022 (NOTE: Scholarships may not be applied at community college. If students decide to enroll or continue at community college, they will need to reapply when they are ready to transfer.)

Be the very first person in your family to attend a 4-year college. Students who have a parent with a bachelor’s degree, or a sibling graduated from, or currently enrolled in, a 4-year college are not eligible. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and have shown academic achievement."

Triple-Impact Competitor Scholarships

Award: $1000

Eligibility: Any high school Junior (class of 2023), Residing in the United States, Plays a high school or club sport, Maintains a GPA of 2.5 or higher, In the event an award winner acts in a manner inconsistent with the principles of PCA or in a manner that would reflect poorly on PCA, PCA reserves the right to rescind this Award.

Heisman High School Scholarship

Heisman High School Scholarship

Award: $1000, $2000, $10,000

Eligibility: Students whose senior year of high school is the 2021-2022 academic year, graduating with the class of 2022. Students who have at least a weighted “B” grade average (3.0 GPA) during grades 9, 10 and 11. Students who participate or have particiated in grades 9, 10, or 11 in at least one of sports recognized by the International Olympic Committee in the Summer and Winter Olympic Games, the Paralympic Games or the National Federation of State High School Associations. Students who have participated in volunteer service, community involvement or leadership within his/her school or community. Students who are a resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (D.C.).

Cooke College Scholarship Program

Cooke College Scholarship Program

Award: Full Tuition

Eligibility: Senior standing – Plan to graduate from a U.S. high school in spring 2022. Fall College Enrollment – Intend to enroll in an accredited four-year college beginning in fall 2022. GPA – Earn a minimum, cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above. Financial Need – Demonstrate unmet financial need. We will consider applicants with a maximum annual gross income of $95,000. Last year’s cohort of new College Scholarship recipients had a median family income of approximately $35,000. During the selection process, the Foundation will conduct a full financial review which will take into account all income and assets of the student and the student’s parents.

The Friendly Scholar Program

The Friendly Scholar Program

Award: $5000

Eligibility: Applicants must graduate high school or receive a GED within 2 years of applying for the Friendly Scholar Program – applicants that do not graduate or receive a GED within 2 years of applying will be ineligible Applicants must be seeking an alternative education path, which does not include the traditional, 4-year, college or university path. Examples of alternative education options include: coding bootcamps, trade school, art school, cosmetology school, among many other options. Applicants must not have any violent felonies on their record or pose a threat to public safety. Applicants must be from a low-income socioeconomic background, which is defined by a custodial (or household) income equal to or below the amount set forth by the Office of Policy Development and Research here

The Science Ambassador Scholarship

And, in the spirit of fueling family and community, purchases of Rumba Meats products during Hispanic Heritage Month will help fund scholarships for Hispanic high school seniors.
