Class of 2024 or later:  CPS alumni* who graduated in 2024 or later can download or send their HS transcript via their SchooLinks member account.   Alumni should claim their member account using the personal email they entered in SchooLinks prior to graduating.  

Class of 2014 or later without SchooLinks Access:  CPS alumni* who graduated in 2014 or later can request that their HS transcript be sent of their behalf by completing this Records Release Form and emailing it to AfterGraduationHelp@cps.edu.  

Class of 2013 or earlier:  CPS alumni who graduated in or prior to 2013 must contact the CPS Office of Records & Transcripts to obtain copies of transcripts and other permanent student records.

*Applies only to alumni from District-managed schools, not Charters
