We are excited to continue exploring other High School Pathways so that you can continue art beyond your years at Decatur!

Northside College Prep Admissions:

Art Cubed Checklist :

• Portfolio Cover Sheet

  • Email your Google Slide (or PowerPoint) portfolio presentation, AND the Portfolio Cover Sheet to jminyo@cps.edu.  Put “Art Cubed Submission” in the subject line.

• Create a Digital Portfolio Google Slide or Powerpoint

  • Name your Google Slide presentation:
    Art Cubed Portfolio-Your Name 

  • Review the portfolio tips

  • Select 8-10 examples of your best original work

  • IMPORTANT: Create a 2-D or 3-D piece in response to the prompt “4 completely different ways of looking at one subject”

    • This should be a new artwork, created in response to the prompt. This should not be an existing project that kind of fits the idea.

    • This artwork is a critical part of your portfolio. It will show them how you think, and compare to other student’s responses.

• Have Ms.Pitcher or a classroom teacher submit your recommendation
