Hello and welcome! My name is Allison Rousos. I have worked for Beard Elementary since starting my career at Chicago Public Schools. I am so proud to work for this district and strive to provide equitable services to all our students.

Throughout my professional and academic career I feel I have acquired a vast variety of skills to maximize students' individual strengths. As we grow together this year I am confident that we will work as one to enhance and build on these strengths.
