Coach Santillan received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Northern Illinois University in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology. She never loved science until she started learning about the body and how it works! This is her 5th year as the Head Coach of the APC Select team, having won it all last year! Coach Adrienne Doll has her bachelor's degree and two minors (science and social studies) from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in Education.  She got her Master's degree in Science Education and leadership from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). She also has her ESL endorsement. She is a 7th and 8th-grade science teacher at APMA.  She has two daughters (Penny and Mari) and a husband (Dave).  In her free time she likes to exercise and hang out with her family.   Contact Information - ametcalfe@cps.edu  

Coach Santos-Cardenas (Coach C) received her bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Northeastern Illinois University. This is Coach C’s second year at Edison, as the Dean of School Culture. She participates in dance classes around the city and loves to exercise and play sports; mainly volleyball and softball. Coach C loves spending time with her daughter, Nova, husband, Mark, and their dog Aleu.
