6th Grade Study Hall
Study Hall is offered to 6th grade on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is a time for students to eat lunch and work on homework, study for an upcoming assessment, or catch up on absent work. If your child is interested, they must sign up during homeroom on those days. As there are limited slots, student eligibility is VOLUNTARY and based on a first-come, first-serve basis. There will be a Study Hall sign up sheet available during morning Homeroom time on Study Hall days.
October Theme of the Month: Communication!
This year LaSalle II will be focusing on a different social-emotional learning theme each month. All students will learn about this theme in their classes, and we would love for parents to be involved as well! Keep in touch with our monthly social-emotional learning themes by reading the Falcon Flier and checking your teachers’ websites.

In 6th grade science, the students will be in charge of their own learning, meaning they will have to earn their grades. To ensure that students are earning the best grades as possible students will be both self reflective of what they learned and self reflective of how they participate during group work. Students will do this by completing a pre and post assessment to see their growth throughout the chapter and semester. As well, students will be provided a Google form option to set up a time to meet with me.
