Group Attendance & Log

Keeping track of the conversations and suggestions from groups who are meeting to share ideas and solve problems can help move implementation efforts forward. At each meeting/session, an attendance sheet and log is to be kept and submitted at the completion of all sessions to the Office of the Assistant Superintendents of Instruction.
