In the first place, what was done was to check the clothing of the delegates and give them the cockade. When we finished reviewing the clothing we began to call the list, in which everyone said present and voting.

We went to the sports center for the inauguration of the Model, it was over and the break began, when it was over, the delegates proposed the motion to read the opening speech, in which it took approximately 1 and 15 minutes or 1 and 30 minutes for everyone read the document, each delegate had a 3-minute intervention to read the document, when the document was finished, the delegates proposed a motion for an informal debate with a time of 20 minutes, when their time ran out, they returned to propose this same motion with a time of 15 minutes, when the informal debate was over, the delegates entered the second break from 12:15 until 1:00, when we entered the room the delegates proposed the motion to open session, after they proposed a motion with a formal debate with a time of 15 minutes, when the president finished I proposed the motion of the lobby time so that the delegates who had doubts and were not clear about certain things, the president and the vice president could resolve those doubts and they were safer when debating. When the lobby time was up, the delegates proposed another motion of an informal debate with a time of 25 minutes, when the time was up and the delegates went to their routes.

(All the delegates have participated quite a lot) for this reason a formal debate has not been needed.
