•  Perform guidelines for conducting research in humans according to international principles.

•  Make data collection system methods for monitoring and supervising research volunteers.

•  Determine qualifications, methods and procedures for approving human      research.

•  Make a system for supervision and monitoring of research.

•  Process for considering, approving, monitoring, for research with   sponsors/CRO for conducting research in hospitals.

•  Establish procedures to prevent conflicts of interest of investigators.

•  Establish methods for providing information and obtaining consent

from research subjects.
