Regulation: In preparation of each log book, the prescribed format must be used. Each log entry is accompanied by the signature and status of the member of staff that made the entry.
Purpose: Outlines the subject matters discussed during the meeting and the decisions made at different levels. It is used to record what transpire in a meeting.
Regulation: It is necessary to document the minutes of each meeting and submit it to the headteacher.
Purpose: Shows the current inventory of equipment and other materials within the school. It includes the names of the goods supplied, along with their respective dates of supply and expiration dates, if applicable.
Regulation: Those who uplift stocks must sign for such. This is periodically updated as necessary and maintained by the individual responsible for inventory management.
Purpose: Displays the annual enrollment of students in the school, as well as the names of students who have withdrawn from the school.
Regulation: Updated by the Deputy Headteacher annually, and lodged in the office to extract students particulars when the need arises.

Regulation: Written up whenever mails ought to be delivered, so that persons can sign to indicate that they have receive such.
Purpose: Displays the amount of money that the school brings in and spends. The school treasurer or PTA treasurer is one who keeps this book.
Regulation: After the money has been issued, entry must be made whenever the need arises.
Purpose: Maintains a record of the monthly payroll of teachers, as well as the upliftment of pay slips by teachers.
Regulation: The committee established by the Headteacher must prepare the report every month, following the payment of salaries. Every teacher is required to sign and retrieve their pay slips.
