You'll experience a morning browse session and an informative admissions presentation to learn everything you need to know about becoming an OSU Cowboy before heading out on an hour-and-a-half walking tour of our beautiful campus and two residential life options. In the afternoon, you'll have many options to plan the day just as you want it. Options include the chance to explore academic opportunities (available for the morning session only) and a scholarships and financial aid presentation.Admitted Student Day

Admitted Student Day is for students who have been admitted to Oklahoma State University. This event offers information sessions designed to ease the college transition and provide the opportunity to meet other students planning to join the Cowboy family! Admitted Student Day attendees will get an exclusive sneak peek of New Student Orientation, hear from current students about what to expect as an OSU Cowboy, and get an inside look at residential life and Greek housing. Parents, we haven’t left you out! You’ll have your own session to ask the questions most important to you.

OSU Up Close

This is your chance to find out what college will really be like at our OSU Up Close event. You will get an in-depth look into OSU academics by visiting a lab, sitting in on a class and meeting with current students and faculty working in your area of interest. You'll see what life is like as an OSU Cowboy. Lunch and campus tours are also offered.

Junior Day

If you're a junior in high school, we've planned a special event just for you. We’re opening our doors on April 18, 2020 to help you explore life at OSU. We want you to DREAM BIG - whether you're thinking about college, your future career or how you want to leave your mark on the world. Even if you don't know where to start, Junior Day is the place to be.

You'll hear how current students are living out their dreams every day. You'll learn how to achieve YOUR dreams as part of our Cowboy family. Come see our campus and picture yourself here at OSU. Meet other students who want to be part of OSU Class of 2025 and start planning your future.

SWOSU Saturday

Join us for SWOSU Saturday, 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 2nd, in the Fine Arts Center. You can tour the campus and residence halls, enjoy free food and drinks, then cheer on the SWOSU Bulldogs as they compete against Southern Nazarene University.

SWOSU Health Careers Day

Join us for SWOSU Health Careers Day, 9 a.m. to noon, Friday, November 22nd, in the Pioneer Cellular Event Center. This event is for any prospective health career students. Learn about majors available through SWOSU by browsing through table exhibits and attending classroom presentations by SWOSU health career programs.

President's Leadership Class

Application Deadline: February 1 — The Presidents Leadership Class (PLC) is a four-year leadership program for top students at Southwestern Oklahoma State University at Weatherford. The program was founded in 2006 and is primarily supported by private donations. Each year approximately 15 of SWOSU’s top entering freshmen are selected to be PLC Scholars. Each Scholar is awarded a $1,000 scholarship and also receives four years of leadership training that fosters both intellectual and personal growth.
