• • • The registration deadline (including payment of fees) is Friday, November 3, 2023. You must register your students by this date to ensure they are officially registered.  We kindly ask that ONLY teachers register each student.

    • Any teacher can register a student; students do not need to be in that teacher's class.

    • There is only ONE registration form this year:  the Individual Participant Registration Form.  Use the link below to register each individual student.

Pay Registration Fees by 11/03/23

• • • Registration fees are $10.00 per contestant. (Checks made payable to ECHS World Languages Department OR online via link below)  

      • Schoolpay link - click on the link to pay with a credit card; please indicate on the google form below (school registration) which method of payment was used.

    • Recitation time slots will be assigned upon receipt of registration and fees on a first come/ first serve basis.  Teachers will receive a confirmation email the week of the competition with an approximate start time to allow for transportation arrangements.

    • Deadline: Checks must be postmarked no later than Friday, November 3, 2023 and Google Docs Forms must be RECEIVED no later than Friday, November 3, 2023 in order for your students to be officially registered.  

    • We understand that things happen and sometimes students are unable to register on time.  We will gladly accept late registrations; however, a late fee of $2.00 will be incurred by each registrant.

    • If writing a check, please send ONLY one check per school: Teachers should collect the $10.00 fee from each student registered, but they should send only one check to cover all registrants.  

      • OPTION 2:  Teachers can collect the $10 fee and then pay ONLINE using the link above.  Students can also individually pay online, but PLEASE verify with us to ensure that payment was received.

IMPORTANT: We regret that we are unable to refund entry fees; however, substitutes in the same language and level will be accepted up until Thursday, November 9 in case of an emergency.
