Meet the Coaches

Head Coach: Mrs. Allison Kupfer

My coaching philosophy:

Our mission statement for Northgate athletics is as follows: "Use athletics to promote excellence and prepare student-athletes to be productive citizens." I could not agree with this statment more. Our program will strive to create an environment where athletes feel valued, challenged, and motivated to become their best selves. We will pursue excellence in the pool, in the classroom, and in the way we represent our team, our school, our families, and our community. My ultimate measure of success as a coach will not simply be the number of wins, records, or medals our athletes earn. It will be the quality of people they become and the foundation we have helped them build for their future. We will develop swimmers who compete with purpose, students who pursue excellence, teammates who make those around them better, and young adults who are prepared to succeed in life.
