Ticket Eligibility

1. In order to attend prom, you must be an East Coweta Junior or Senior. All tickets are sold in advance ONLY! All tickets are $65 and every person attending prom must have a ticket and photo ID to enter.

2. Juniors and seniors are allowed only one date. If your date is not a student at ECHS or if he or she is a freshman or sophomore at ECHS, you must purchase a ticket for your date in advance as well. 

3. You may not sell your ticket to anyone and the name on the ticket must match the Photo ID of the person entering prom. You must have a photo ID to enter prom!

4. No students at WDA or with bad conduct standing will be permitted into prom, per administration.

5. All guests attending (people NOT a junior or senior at ECHS) MUST fill out and upload a prom guest form. You can find the form here or get one in person from the front office, Ms. Brodowski (711), or Mrs. Ahmann (RD 1007), and upload it using this link.

6. Minimum age/grade for guests is 9th grade and maximum age is 20 years old at the time of the event.

Ticket Information

1. Tickets are $65 each and will be sold from Tuesday, January 21th- Wednesday March 12th (that is a HARD DEADLINE!!!)

2. You can purchase tickets from Mrs. Brodowski in room 711 on Brown Hall or from Mrs. Ahmann in room 1007 on Raymond Hall before or after school or during class change. Tickets will also be sold during specific days in the lunchroom during lunches- check homeroom slides for details.

3. Cash or checks only. Make sure checks have a phone number printed or written on them and are made out to ECHS. NO ELECTRONIC or CARD TICKET SALES!

4. Continue to look at Daily informational slides for updates. 

5. Any date change information needs to go through Mrs. Brodowski. You must see her with the original ticket and requires her signature to be valid!  (brittany.brodowski@cowetaschools.net in room 711)

Check In

RULES:

• Must have a Photo ID & Ticket to enter venue; The name on the ID MUST MATCH the name on the ticket

• Once you exit the venue, you will not be allowed back inside

• No outside food, candy, or beverages are allowed in the venue

• No prohibited items are allowed, this includes:

  • Tobacco of any kind - Alcohol or Drugs - Vapes or Dab Pens

  • Weapons of any kind, including Pocket Knives and Mace

  • If it’s not allowed at school, it’s not allowed at PROM!

- Any unruly behavior at Prom (inside or outside the venue) will be handled by an Administrator and/or law enforcement and may result in removal from prom and additional disciplinary actions by the school or present law enforcement

SECURITY:

• Venue security, School Resource Officers, and Atlanta Police Department Officers will be present at Prom 

• Students will be wanded, patted down, and bags will be searched before entering the venue

• Prohibited items will be confiscated at security check and not returned

Exiting/Leaving

1. Once you leave the prom, you will not be allowed to re-enter. When exiting, go directly to your car and leave the premises. If you are being picked up, your ride needs to be there no later than 9:45. We must have the parking area cleared out by 10:15 per the venue's request. You may be picked up from the parking lot from across the venue to keep the flow of traffic moving in front of the venue.
