City Tournament 2/5 Update
Location: Western Brown High School, 476 W Main St, Mt Orab, OH 45154
Date: February 13th
Times: Session #1: 9am-11am (Birth Years: 2013-2018) * Some girls will wrestle in Session #1
- Coaches will let the individual girls know if they are in the first session
Session #2: 11:30am-1:30pm (Birth Years: 2008-2012 & Girl Brackets)
Mat Responsibilities: Each CYW Team is responsible for five volunteers to run a table. (This is CYW's tournament - not Western Brown's. You are CYW, so this is YOUR tournament. If you want this tournament to run smoothly and to get out in a reasonable amount of time, then you MUST provide workers.) Please see the link below for specific jobs and responsibilities.
Mat Assignments: There will be 16 mats this year. This requires most teams to run one mat in one session and some smaller teams to pair with others to run one mat in one session. Teams that are paired together are responsible for coordinating with the other team to ensure they have enough of the volunteers to fill all five table positions.

City Tournament 1/24 Update
The CYW City Tournament will be wrestled at Western Brown High School on February 13 (even if the Bengals play). Here are some key items for you:
PAYMENT: No wrestlers from teams who have not paid their league or insurance fees will be permitted to wrestle at the CYW City Tournament. League Fee are $3 per wrestler (Payable to: CYW) and Insurance Fee are $3 per wrestler and $5 per coach (Payable to: KDHK Insurance) Email Kim Pastura (cincinnatiyouthwrestling@gmail.com) if you have any questions. WEIGH-INS: All wrestlers must weigh in on 1/31 or 2/1 at one of the regional weigh in sites to be eligible to wrestle. Please see the link below for specific times and locations.
CYW City Tournament Weigh-in Information
WORKERS: Each CYW Team is responsible for five volunteers to run a table. This is CYW's tournament - not Western Brown's. You are CYW, so this is YOUR tournament. Large teams will be assigned two tables. Very small teams will be paired to run one table. Please see the link below for specific jobs and responsibilities.
TIMES: Session #1: 9am-11am (Birth Years: 2013-2018) Session #2: 11:30am-1:30pm (Birth Years: 2008-2012 & Girl Brackets). Each year of birth will have its own set of brackets. After weigh-ins have been completed we will determine which birth years will be assigned to each session.
COACHES: Only registered CYW coaches will be given coaches bands. Head Coaches, please see the link below to verify all of your assistants have registered.
Heach Coaches, please give the following link to any assistants that have not registered.
CYW City Tournament Weigh-ins
Please refer to the spreadsheet below for times and locations of the weigh-ins for the CYW City Tournament.
Each team should weigh-in at their Region's weigh-in site, but are not required. If a wrestler cannot make the weigh-in time at their location, they are permitted to weigh-in at any of these sites.
All wrestlers must weigh-in to be entered into the CYW City Tournament.
Only wrestlers listed on each team's submitted roster will be eligible to weigh-in
