Welcome back distance learners! Here are some fun activities that you can complete once a week from home. Try and be active for 60 minutes a day! Don't forget to warm-up before your workout and cool down after. Click on K-2 and 3-5 tabs for age appropriate workouts.

Check out the NEW "FITMOJI" PAGE at the top of our home page. Simply click on an object and participate in the workout that pops up. Mr. Silva and I will be adding new activities to the website throughout the school year. Keep checking the Fitmoji page every month for new activities. Have fun and keep moving!
