C'est avec un vieux VTT rouillé destiné à la déchetterie et presque sur un coup de tête que ce jeune aventurier se lance sur la voie cyclable la plus longue de France. Nommée la "Vélodyssée", elle représente environ 1500 km qui part de Roscoff en Bretagne jusqu'à Hendaye, dernière ville française avant l'Espagne. Parti dans le but de tester ses limites, le fait d'avoir choisi de partir avec ce vieux vélo trop petit et avec un porte-bébé en guise de porte-bagage, lui apportera son lot de galères quotidiennes. Mais derrière chaque impasse à laquelle il fait face, se trouve d'incroyables rencontres pleines de bienveillance qui lui permettent de continuer. Il découvre alors que chaque geste de solidarité qu'il donne ou qu'il reçoit peuvent avoir de gros impacts positifs. L'inconfort crée le besoin. Le besoin crée les rencontres. Les rencontres créent l'aventure.
