This week during ELA, we practiced our letters of the week D and G, wrote in our journals, and did reading groups. In Math, we practiced one less of a number by playing feed the monster, making a pumpkin craft, and playing partner games together.

During social studies, we learned about the Hindu holiday, Diwali, the festival of lights. To celebrate, we made diya lamps out of clay and painted them during challenge time. They will be ready to take home on Monday.
