This week for math, students practiced their addition and subtraction skills within 10 and some within 20. We did this by playing a swat the fly game, BINGO, a board game, and a walk the room! This week for ELA, we dove into digraphs. We practiced listening for words with TH, SH, and CH. We also started our reading challenge. We already have a few winners!

We had so much fun for our last field trip! We hope you got the juiciest strawberries and can't wait to hear what you all do with those strawberries! :)
In celebration of Pride Month, we talked about what it means to be proud of who you are and who you love. We read the book What Are Your Words?: A Book About Pronouns by Katherine Locke. Afterwards, we practiced introducing ourselves to each other while telling our pronouns.
