Mountains and turkeys and holiday breaks -- oh my!Â
'Twas three days 'fore T-mas, and all through the bus
every student was stirring, conducting a fuss.
The promise of woods, perhaps of some deer
along with strange weather, so cold and severe
had the students all guessing at what was to come:
ziplines and archery, maybe even snow - what fun!
....
And as they sat staring out windows all foggy
many an eyelid went droopy, their brains gone groggy
the students reminisced on activities concluded
and pondered ahead towards a holiday alluded.
Three days from parents, their beds, and loved ones;
three days of memories and joy by the tons.
Happy Pali to all, and to all a Pali Night!

Part of being a good community member is to demonstrate active and compassionate listening skills. Students first tested out what inactive listening looks like, followed by a discussion regarding how it feels to be on the receiving end of such less than positive interactions.
Bringing back the classics: music and games to bring us together.
