Interventions


In practice, Cori Capuano, LPC typically pulls from two main therapeutic approaches when working with her clients: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strength-Based Therapy. CBT helps clients identify and assess if thoughts are realistic, while strength-based therapy focused on positive character traits and resiliency. Ms. Capuano does also utilize at times a Solution-Based Therapy framework in order to collaboratively build client’s goals by focusing on positive thought patterns and positive qualities, or how someone rose to life’s challenges.
