SRC Presentations and Posters uses ZOOM breakout rooms, where participants can select their own breakout room.
During the Oral Presentations, the Zoom link will prompt you to one meeting where you can select one breakout room for either Session A or Session B.
During the Poster Presentations Session, the Zoom link will prompt you to one meeting where you can select each student’s breakout room.
Make sure you have the latest Zoom version installed in order to be able to select a breakout room.
