Costs range depending on damages and services necessary to return the property to pre-loss conditions. We offer onsite  consultations with an IICRC Certified Technician starting at $150.00. We do work with your insurance company, we document all procedures to ensure property documentation and a hassle free claims process.

3. "Can you work with my insurance company to file a claim?"

Of course! We can help from beginning to completion of the services. 

4. "What is the first step in the restoration process?"

First step is to assess the damages to your property and determine the best method to restore the property to pre-loss conditions.

5. "How will you contain and remove the damage (e.g., water, mold, fire debris)?"

Depending on the damages; we contain damaged areas with polyethylene sheeting and negative pressure and contractor grade trash bags to ensure a healthy and clean environment.

6. "Can you salvage any of my damaged belongings?"

Yes! Some contents and building materials can be salvaged depending on certain criteria. 

7. "How will you ensure my property is safe and secure during the restoration process?"

We are IICRC Master Certified and also OSHA Health & Safety Certifications. Our goal is to provide you with a safe environment during the process.

8. "What kind of equipment and techniques will you use for restoration?"

We use Dri-Eaz, Pheonix, and other industry leading equipment to restore your property. Techniques are derived from the IICRC standards and years of experience.

9. "Can you provide references or examples of previous work?"

10. "How will you communicate with me throughout the restoration process?"

We communicate via telephone, text messages, email. We update you daily and document the entire process. We upload photos and videos to a secure cloud for you to view.

11. "What is the difference between mitigation and restoration?"

Mitigation is the emergency services in order to minimizing further damages, Restoration is the act of returning the property to a pre loss condition.

12. "Can you help me prevent future damage (e.g., mold growth, water damage)?"'

yes! we offer guarantees on our services and our process ensures that mold growth or secondary damages are prevented.

13. "How will you ensure my property is restored to its pre-loss condition?"

We use moisture meters, thermal image cameras, and 3rd party inspectors to confirm the services were completed professionally. 

14. "Can you provide a detailed scope of work and timeline?"

15. "How will you handle any necessary permits or inspections?"

We work with local city authorities and insurances in order to comply with local regulations and codes.
