Learn the art of baking delicious homemade sourdough bread from scratch! In this hands-on class, participants will discover the basics of maintaining a sourdough starter, mixing and shaping dough, and baking a beautiful artisan loaf. Along the way, you'll gain practical tips for successful baking at home. Each participant will leave with a freshly baked loaf of sourdough bread, an active sourdough starter, and the knowledge and confidence to continue baking at home.

Gain the knowledge and confidence to respond to medical emergencies with CPR and First Aid training for adults, children, and infants. Participants will learn how to recognize and respond to emergencies, perform CPR, use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and provide basic first aid for common injuries and illnesses. Create your own professional website with Google Sites—no coding experience required! In this hands-on course, participants will learn how to design, build, and publish a website using Google Sites. Topics include adding and organizing content, customizing layouts, incorporating images and other media, publishing the site, and making updates as needed. By the end of the course, each participant will have a fully functional website and the skills to manage and maintain it independently.
